Chilantaisaurus was a large megaraptorid from the Early Cretaceous. Chilantaisaurus was your basic large theropod. This predator was over 33 feet in length and weighed about 3 tons, possibly even bigger at close to 40 feet and over 5 tons. Chilantaisaurus not only had a mouthful of sharp, serrated teeth, but it's fingers ended in long, deadly claws over 6 inches long. Chilantaisaurus lived about 90 million years ago in Asia.
