Postosuchus was one of the largest land predators of the late Triassic, about 225 million years ago. At 16-20 feet long and 600-1,000 pounds, it was huge for it's time. This relative of crocodiles likely preyed on early dinosaurs. Postosuchus was featured in the documentary Walking With Dinosaurs. Postosuchus lived in North America.
