Ekrixinatosaurus is perhaps the largest abelisaur found so far. This large predator was 33-36 feet in length and weighed over 4 tons. It's short arms would have been useless. However, Ekrixinatosaurus did not need to use it's arms in combat. It's short jaws were very powerful and were lined with teeth over 3 inches long. Ekrixinatosaurus lived in South America about 100 million years ago.
