Guanlong was one of the earliest tyrannosaurs. They were pretty small, 10 feet long and 150 pounds. Guanlong likely had a covering of primitive feathers. Guanlong also had long arms with three fingers. Their most outstanding feature is the thin crest on their heads. This crest was probably used for display. Guanlong lived roughly 160 million years ago in Asia.
